Иркутский завод "Янта" так и делает майонез с советским вкусом уксуса, особенно некоторые сорта (у него их несколько). Видимо соблюдает ГОСТы. ))) Хотя, да, у федеральных производителей майонез на вкус "мягче", и многим привычнее и приятнее.
